At Templeton, we always encourage you to backup all your data to multiple locations to ensure it's protected. We also realize that sometimes things happen. Hardware can fail, software can fail or people can simply forget. In those situations, we are prepared to help. Templeton utilizes a two pronged approach to data recovery. First we use state of the art software tools to help recover data that has been deleted or can't be accessed due to a failing or dead drive. If the software can't access the data for whatever reason, we then move on to our hardware-based recovery. We are partnered with DriveSavers who are the industry leaders in Data Recovery services. DriveSavers provides Templeton clients with cutting edge recovery procedures that include the largest recovery cleanroom in the world. They are able to recover data from any drive-based device including RAIDs, iOS devices, NAS servers and more.
